Requirements
- 10年以上生产数据系统构建经验，含Staff或Tech Lead级别
- 曾带领团队交付复杂数据系统
- 精通Python与生产级PySpark
- 具备分布式系统核心知识
- 丰富的实体解析与MDM大规模应用经验
- 构建并拥有供其他团队使用的数据产品
- 精通OLTP、OLAP、NoSQL多类数据库
- 熟悉流处理与事件驱动架构
Nice to have
- 具备CDC模式经验
- 了解数据网格或产品化数据平台方法
- 熟悉 schema 注册表或数据目录
- 掌握编排工具如Airflow、dbt等
- 有医疗或受监管环境经验
