Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，供应链、采购等相关专业优先
- 具备采购或供应链相关工作经验，有制造/CMO/项目采购经验优先
- 掌握SAP采购流程，熟悉供应商主数据、PR/PO等操作
- 具备跨部门与供应商沟通能力，能在复杂环境中执行工作
- 具备多任务管理、分析与问题解决能力，适应快节奏环境
- 具备流程导向与持续改进思维，注重数据准确性
- 具备良好的书面英语能力，可与全球团队及海外供应商沟通
Nice to have
- 有本地化、技术转移或OEM/CM供应链经验
- 具备供应商开发、绩效管控及商业条款协调经验
- 有建立端到端供应链流程或SOP的经验
- 有项目管理经验，持有PMP等认证优先
- 有生物制药或生命科学行业经验
