- 良好的英语读写及口语能力
- 具备机械设计经验及加工相关知识
- 熟练使用AutoCAD或SolidWorks，熟悉MS Office、MES/ERP系统
- 精通精益生产，了解Kanban、One Piece Flow等，六西格玛知识
- 具备较强的问题解决与项目管理能力
