- 审查平台、数据及方案设计，确保符合架构与安全要求
- 与平台工程团队协作，对齐基础设施与运维能力
- 与风控合规团队协作，满足AI治理与审计要求
Requirements
- 计算机科学、AI、软件工程等相关专业本科或硕士学历
- 10年以上软件、平台、数据工程或架构相关经验
- 具备企业级智能体AI或生成式AI架构与交付经验
- 深入了解智能体编排、多智能体系统等核心技术
- 有LangGraph、AutoGen等智能体框架的实践经验
- 熟练掌握Python、微服务、云原生工程等技术
- 具备RAG、向量数据库等企业知识方案设计经验
- 有AWS、GCP、Azure等云平台架构经验
Nice to have
- 有金融服务、投资管理等大型合规企业经验
- 具备AI增强架构师能力，用GenAI工具加速工作
- 了解AI治理、AgentOps、LLMOps等实践
- 有跨组织跨地域复杂技术项目领导经验
