Role overview

Requirements
- 3年以上美妆/消费品牌的品牌管理经验，有可验证的品牌建设成果
- 有零售品牌管理经验，掌握包装、POS及零售活动的落地
- 有创意团队与设计流程管理经验，能提供建设性反馈
- 熟悉D2C、社交营销、电商，理解品牌与绩效营销的结合
- 熟练使用Figma、主流内容工具，掌握Adobe套件，会用AI工具
- 具备德语和英语流利的语言能力

- 有广告公司内容制作经验
