Requirements
- 熟练使用日语和英语进行读写
- 1-3年销售、商务拓展或运营支持相关经验
- 能快速学习新工具、政策及流程
- 了解CRM软件，熟悉工单系统
- 能与财务、客服、产品等多团队协作
- 以客户为中心，具备复杂问题解决能力
- 具备同理心及优秀沟通能力
