- 跟踪 AI 技术发展，测试新方法，筛选有价值的创新方案
Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、数据科学、AI 等相关专业优先
- 具备生成式 AI、预测式 AI 专业知识，涵盖 LLMs、机器学习及 AI 开发方法
- 熟练使用 Python、SQL，具备云环境、AI/ML 框架及 MLOps 实践经验
- 具备项目管理及敏捷方法论的经验与认证
- 对 AI 发展有热情，具备动手实践与探索实验的思维
- 具备跨全球跨职能团队的沟通与协作能力
- 具备创业精神，适应不确定性，能推动创意落地
Nice to have
- 具备计算机科学、数据科学等高级学位
- 具备变更管理或咨询经验
- 熟悉 AI/ML 框架及 MLOps 实践
