- 了解电气自动化相关产品技术，具备相关项目经验优先
- 具备较强产品技术能力，逻辑清晰、思维严谨
- 优秀的中英文表达、沟通及演讲能力
- 对自动化市场和技术趋势有洞察，半导体或3C行业经验优先

- 具备运动控制、伺服驱动及电机、磁悬浮传送技术相关项目经验
- 具备工控软件相关项目经验
