Requirements
- 大专或高中学历，至少6个月呼叫中心/帮助台经验
- 需能轮班工作
- 具备较强技术能力
- 需具备优秀客户服务技能
- 英语和中文为必备语言
- 需能独立工作并主动解决问题
- 具备良好的书面及口头沟通能力
- 掌握MS Office工具
Nice to have
- 2年IT帮助台或其他IT支持经验
- 具备多语言能力
- 有制药、临床或医疗器械相关经验
