- 招聘、培养团队，构建关键岗位继任计划
- 推动Flexport技术与AI在日常工作中的应用
Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，10-15年物流/货运/供应链/海运运营经验
- 母语为普通话，具备专业工作英语能力
- 具备P&L管理意识，掌握AR/AP管理与现金流维护方法
- 具备海洋商业意识，支持海洋货运产品销售
- 具备海洋采购意识，可本地谈判承运人合作与运力
- 能够管理供应商成本与绩效
- 具备培养团队、构建高绩效团队的能力
- 具备技术与AI思维，适应科技驱动的运营模式
Nice to have
- 拥有商学或物流相关硕士/硕士以上学历
- 具备流程改进、自动化及AI工作流优化经验
- 具备数据驱动决策及使用相关指标的能力
