- 对接税务、法务、共享服务中心及外部审计机构，保障合规
- 执行月度总账审核、资产负债表分析及财务差异评估
- 参与月/季/年末结账，确保账户调节准确及时
- 协调董事会审批、法定备案及治理合规事项
- 推动财务流程持续优化，领导培养区域财务团队
Requirements
- 会计、金融、经济等相关专业本科及以上学历
- 8年以上会计、财务控制、法定报告或审计协调经验
- 熟悉财务报告、资产负债表审核及内部控制
- 有与外部审计、税务机关及监管机构协作经验
- 掌握多国家跨部门协调及利益相关方沟通能力
- 熟练使用ERP系统，优先SAP
- 英语流利，具备优秀沟通与组织能力
Nice to have
- 跨国企业区域或全球相关工作经验
- 熟悉中国税务法规、USGAAP及当地GAAP
- 具备日语或韩语能力
