Requirements
- 硕士及以上，机械工程、机电工程等相关专业
- 具备丰富的精密机械与光机系统设计经验
- 有半导体设备、自动化系统等开发经验
- 精通精密对准、公差分析、GD&T及制造工艺
- 熟练使用SolidWorks及工程文档制作
- 有系统集成、故障排查及工程验证经验
- 具备独立解决问题能力与团队协作能力
Nice to have
- 有主动光学对准、激光/芯片贴装等领域经验
- 熟悉硅光子学、光子封装或精密运动控制
- 具备机器视觉与光学计量相关经验
- 有半导体组装设备开发经验
