- 参与设计与分包审查，识别上游质量风险
- 与供应链及OEM合作，开展工厂验收等设备质量工作
- 审核承包商质量体系，推动整改并落实责任
- 建立质量KPI与仪表盘，驱动质量改进
Requirements
- 10年以上施工QA/QC、质量工程等相关经验，含大型关键项目质量领导经验
- 精通MEP系统，含高低压配电、关键电力、冷却系统等
- 有复杂多承包商项目质量计划建设与优化经验
- 熟悉现场检查、NCR处理、承包商质量审核等工作
- 能解读图纸、规范及相关标准（NEC、NFPA等）
- 有关键设施调试准备与系统移交领导经验
- 掌握结构化根因分析方法，推动持续改进
- 具备团队指导与跨方沟通能力
