Requirements
- 机械工程或热动力工程本科及以上学历
- BS学位需8年、MS学位需5年机械产品开发经验
- 具备压缩机或HVAC系统知识
- 拥有问题解决与项目管理能力
- 熟悉设计分析、DOE、FMEA及精益理念
- 掌握制冷系统与压缩机原理
- 具备良好的中英文书面及口头沟通能力
- 熟悉制造工艺与装配方法，熟练使用Office软件
