Role overview

- 构建测试基础设施与平台，提升测试效率与覆盖率
- 推动自动化测试融入 CI/CD 流程
- 监控质量指标，识别风险并推动整改
- 跟踪质量 KPIs，开展缺陷根因分析与持续改进
Requirements
- 计算机等相关专业本科及以上学历
- 5 年以上软件测试/QA/质量工程/开发经验
- 熟悉 SDLC、测试方法与 QA 实践
- 具备测试计划、策略等文档制作经验
- 有跨团队跨产品测试协调经验
- 熟悉测试自动化框架与实践
- 了解 CI/CD 环境及自动化集成经验
- 优秀的沟通与 stakeholder 管理能力
Nice to have
- 有 QA Lead 或 SDET 等相关岗位经验
- 有搭建测试自动化基础设施的经验
- 掌握 Playwright、Selenium 等 UI 自动化工具
- 熟悉 Postman 等 API 测试工具
- 有工业软件（HMI/SCADA 等）测试经验
