Requirements
- 4至7年相关工作经验
- 相关专业学历优先，同等经验可替代
- 具备MBTI、DiSC等测评工具相关认证优先
- 具备较强的利益相关者管理能力
- 适应复杂矩阵组织，了解亚太文化差异
- 具备优秀的口头及书面沟通能力
- 学习能力强，适应并接纳新想法
- 可独立开展工作
Nice to have
- HR、心理学等相关专业硕士学历
- MBTI、DiSC等测评工具认证
