Role overview

- 定义检查测试计划等标准，审核承包商的质量计划
- 领导跨领域现场检查，重点关注关键MEP系统
- 参与上游设计等评审，识别质量与可靠性风险
- 与供应链及OEM合作，开展设备相关质量工作
- 审核承包商质量体系，推动整改并追责
- 与相关方协调合规检查及文档要求
Requirements
- 10年以上建筑QA/QC、质量工程等相关经验，含大型关键项目质量领导经验
- 具备MEP系统等领域的深厚技术专长
- 有在复杂多承包商项目中搭建并优化场地质量体系的经验
- 熟悉现场检查、NCR处理等质量相关工作
- 能解读图纸、规范及相关标准（如NEC、NFPA等）
- 有关键设施调试准备及移交领导经验
- 具备结构化根因分析及推动整改的经验
- 具备影响力领导及沟通能力，能向领导层汇报质量状况
