Requirements
- 5年以上采购/供应链经验，优先电子/汽车/机械制造行业
- 精通Oracle ERP、物料计划及复杂采购环境
- 具备优秀沟通、谈判及跨职能领导能力
- 有指导和发展采购团队成员的成功经验
- 具备高级数据分析及流程改进能力（Excel、Tableau等）
- 具备商务场景下的流利英语读写能力
- 需持有学士学位

- 精通塑料工装、注塑成型及技术供应商管理
- 有精益制造、质量改进及JIT模型实施经验
- 有采购领域数字化转型或自动化项目经验
- 具备推动供应商创新及供应链绩效提升的记录
