- 具备严谨的评估方法，搭建过评估数据集与框架
- 扎实的ML基础，能合理选择技术方案
- 适应模糊需求，能将问题落地到生产
- 具备扎实工程能力，熟悉分布式系统
- 能与技术及临床 stakeholder 清晰沟通
