Responsibilities
- 带领、指导4人财务团队，培养问责与持续改进文化
- 负责 procure-to-pay 流程，确保财务交易准确及时处理
- 统筹月/年末结账，确保财务结果及时准确编制
- 管理多实体/国家的月度薪资，确保合规准确
- 维护总账，监督日记账、对账及资产负债表审查
- 审批每周付款流程，确保职责分离与控制
- 管理税务合规（GST/VAT、FBT、PAYG/PAYE等）
- 支持合并财务报表与集团报告，配合外部审计
Requirements
- 4-6年四大审计与鉴证经验
- 会计或相关专业学位
- CA或CPA资格
- 有跨实体/司法管辖区工作经验
- 使用云会计软件（Xero）经验
- 支持财务运营或共享服务团队经验
- 熟悉澳新英间接税与合规要求
- 具备流利英语口语与书面英语能力
