- 确保模型在过去错误集上无假阳性/假阴性后上线
- 与恶意软件分析师等团队协作推进工作
Requirements
- 5+年生产环境ML系统构建经验，2+年安全等对抗领域经验
- 自行训练微调Transformer模型，熟悉LoRA/QLoRA等技术
- 具备经典ML深度，如梯度提升、类别不平衡处理等
- 掌握Python、PyTorch、Hugging Face栈，熟悉SQL
- 熟悉PHP/JavaScript或愿意学习
- 日常使用AI编码工具，英语B2及以上
Nice to have
- 具备网络恶意软件、Webshell等安全经验
- 熟悉代码LLM、图模型等模型类型
- 掌握恶意软件聚类与相似性分析
- 有裸金属多GPU训练经验，熟悉MLflow等工具
