- 自动化员工流程，优化工具并提升效率
Requirements
- 10+年HRIS、人力技术或企业应用领域经验，含高管领导力经验
- 有主导HCM系统实施上线及优化的经验
- 熟悉员工全生命周期流程，含薪资、福利等
- 有复杂多实体或快速增长组织的系统集成经验
- 具备团队领导、项目管理、变革管理及沟通能力
- 能配合实施、收购等场景的差旅及灵活工时
