- 有生产环境运行Kubernetes的实操经验
- 扎实的分布式系统与云原生架构知识
- 熟悉AWS、GCP或Azure等主流云服务商
- 了解CI/CD、基础设施即代码及自动化工具
- 能接受轮值on-call并处理生产事故
- 具备强主人翁意识与清晰沟通能力
Nice to have
- 有构建Kubernetes Operator或控制平面组件的经验
- 有SaaS、数据库或系统级产品相关背景
- 熟悉Prometheus、Grafana等可观测性工具
