Role overview

Responsibilities
- 负责TMC合作伙伴及企业客户的上线后成功，推动GBV增长
- 从合同签署到上线，负责商业与关系管理，对接实施团队
- 制定企业客户迁移与激活计划，监督双方执行并交接
- 监控TMC健康指标，识别风险并推动解决
- 为战略TMC主持QBR，为小型机构开展定期健康检查
- 作为TMC问题的第一 escalation 点，协调跨团队解决
- 挖掘TMC内的业务扩张机会，与BD团队联合销售
- 向产品与实施团队反馈TMC及代理商的需求
Requirements
- 8年以上合作伙伴/客户成功或战略账户管理经验，优先差旅、TMC或B2B SaaS领域
- 具备管理B2B关系并实现可衡量收入或GBV成果的记录
- 有与实施或技术团队协作的经验
- 具备数据导向，用指标诊断问题并指导合作对话
- 具备出色的书面、口头及异步沟通能力
- 能自主规划工作，无需过多指导
Nice to have
- 有TMC相关经验或向TMC销售的经验
- 熟悉企业预订工具、GDS内容或酒店分销
- 有构建健康评分模型、QBR框架或合作方入职手册的经验
- 了解佣金、 override 或基于GBV的商业模型
