- 搭建创意测试路线图，覆盖格式、信息、时长等维度
- 建立归因框架，关联视频投资与下游会员获客
Requirements
- 7+年绩效/增长/获客营销经验，精通YouTube与CTV
- 具备Google Ads下YouTube campaigns搭建、管理与优化经验
- 熟悉YouTube campaign类型、库存及CTV/OTT生态
- 有管理数百万美元视频预算并达成获客成果的记录
- 掌握YouTube与CTV在客户旅程各阶段的作用
- 设计过增量测试、地理 lift、品牌 lift 等研究
- 具备管理媒体代理并考核其绩效的能力
- 本科或同等相关经验，沟通能力出色
