Requirements
- 工程、数学、物理、计算机等相关专业本科及以上或同等经验
- 10年以上技术领导岗位经验，有GPU加速计算解决方案开发经验
- 具备生成式AI、LLM生态相关实操经验
- 优秀的分析与问题解决能力，对开发者有同理心
- 出色的书面及口头沟通能力，能向高管及技术受众传递价值
- 具备优秀的项目管理能力，可同时推进多个项目
- 熟悉LLM、VLMs、Agentic AI、生成式AI最新进展
- 具备软件架构开发、实施及编程技能
Nice to have
- 具备ML/DL框架及AIOps/MLOps生态相关经验
- 具备软件工程及应用开发背景
- 有使用NVIDIA AI软件（NeMo、Triton、RAPIDS等）的经验
