Requirements
- 15年以上渐进式人力资源领导经验，含企业HRBP、人才管理等经验
- 具备与高管协作制定企业人才战略、提升组织绩效的成功记录
- 需具备员工关系、职场调查、继任规划等相关经验
- 需在金融服务、保险等高度监管行业有经验者优先
- 具备战略商业洞察力、企业人才架构搭建能力、高管影响力等核心能力
