- 具备清晰的写作与沟通能力，擅长日程与交付跟踪
- 出色的组织能力，注重细节与执行力
- 可协调线上线下培训，支持不同需求的学习者
- 有LMS使用经验或快速学习新平台的能力
- 具备服务导向的工作态度与良好判断力
- 可远程工作，需约25%的差旅时间
Nice to have
- 有医疗、行为健康或成长型组织相关经验
- 有继续医学教育或培训评估相关经验
- 熟悉Relias、Articulate等相关系统
