Requirements
- 曾在大型复杂组织领导AI或技术赋能功能并完成 adoption 曲线
- 有LLM工具生产环境的实际开发与落地经验
- 曾与数据/工程、HR/L&D团队协作推进赋能工作
- 能严谨测量AI赋能的 adoption 与成果
- 具备技术可信度，可独立构建AI技能
- 具备商业思维，能关联赋能成果与财务指标
Nice to have
- 有房地产、金融服务等重运营行业经验
- 有公寓行业相关经验
- 具备产品化思维，将技能视为可测试的产品
