- 维护薪资法规知识，更新运营流程
Requirements
- 3年以上薪资分析或相关薪资/财务经验
- 具备多国薪资经验，熟悉薪资税务与合规要求
- 有分析大数据集、调查差异并产出见解的经验
- 精通高级Excel或Google Sheets技能
- 有薪资软件使用及总账对账等相关经验
- 具备高度细节把控与审计对账的控制思维
- 良好的问题解决能力与时间敏感下的判断力
- 具备与不同层级 stakeholder 的清晰沟通能力

- 有欧洲、南非等地区薪资相关经验
- 有协调本地薪资供应商的经验
- 有薪资与总账对账或会计相关经验
