- 熟悉Git与CI/CD流程
- 精通SQL，含复杂查询与性能调优
- 熟悉数据建模、数仓与集成概念
- 具备良好沟通与跨团队协作能力
- 具备文档与白板梳理技能

- 有零售领域（POS、产品等）经验
- 熟悉Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT)模式
- 熟悉Azure云平台
