Requirements
- 本科及以上相关专业或同等实践经验
- 2年以上项目协调/支持/管理经验，优先医疗/IT/生物科技领域
- 熟练使用Jira、Confluence等项目管理工具
- 精通Microsoft Office与Google Workspace
- 具备出色的书面与口头沟通能力
- 具备多任务管理的组织、优先级排序与细节把控能力
- 能独立并跨团队协作对接多方利益相关者
Nice to have
- 持有CAPM、PMP等项目管理认证或在读
- 有敏捷/Scrum软件开发环境经验
- 熟悉医疗合规、医学影像或临床流程
