- 分析报告FSP员工绩效指标与交付风险
Requirements
- 科学相关专业本科，优先高级学位
- 8年以上临床研究、运营或项目管理经验
- 需具备资源、供应商及跨职能团队管理经验
- 有管理FSP员工及相关规划、培训经验
- 熟悉国家站点运营、临床试验执行及业务驱动因素
- 具备药物开发及I-IV期临床试验相关知识
- 优秀的领导力、沟通与组织能力，熟悉GCP等规范
- 具备项目管理、风险评估及供应商监督能力
