Role overview

- 将项目拆分为逻辑模块并评估方案
- 协助开发新产品及新研发领域
Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，电子工程、计算机工程等相关专业
- 至少7年AI/ML工程设计经验，侧重模型生产部署
- 具备系统级设计经验，了解架构方法与权衡
- 精通PyTorch/TensorFlow等ML工具链及模型优化技术
- 有在FPGA、SoC等嵌入式目标部署推理的经验
- 熟悉CUDA/ROCm及AI工作负载依赖的硬件基础设施
- 能评估客户AI目标可行性，合理规划数据流程
- 具备良好的沟通与书面表达能力
Nice to have
- 机器学习相关领域研究生学历
- 熟悉MLOps实践，含模型版本管理与监控
- 了解FPGA、硬件及嵌入式软件
- 有ITAR或受控信息相关项目经验
- 具备向中小团队做演示的经验
