- 跟踪项目成果并向相关方汇报可衡量的影响
Requirements
- 4年以上客户体验、运营、项目管理或咨询经验
- 有设计优化运营工作流的成功案例
- 具备跨部门影响力与优先级排序能力
- 数据分析能力强，能转化信号为业务建议
- 熟练使用Looker等BI工具，掌握基础SQL
Nice to have
- 有提升CSAT/NPS/联系率等CX指标的经验
- 具备Lean/Six Sigma等流程改进方法经验
