- 能与销售、RevOps等跨部门产品负责人协作
- 有培养和留存优秀团队的经验

- 有Salesforce及其他工具的开发与方案设计经验
- 熟悉CI/CD最佳实践与GIT
- 有与第三方开发团队协作的经验
- 有产品选型与供应商管理经验
