Role overview

Responsibilities
- 主导售前POC与试点项目，制定成功标准

- 负责或协同销售完成客户续约与业务拓展
- 协调跨团队处理客户问题与升级
- 收集客户反馈，优化产品与流程
Requirements
- 4年以上软件工程、SRE、DevOps等技术岗位经验
- 具备可观测性工具使用或支持经验
- 熟悉Kubernetes、云基础设施等技术
- 具备SQL编写与配置文件阅读能力
- 具备良好的沟通与情绪管理能力
- 具备商业意识或学习意愿
- 具备良好的组织能力，可管理多客户项目
- 适应早期创业公司的灵活环境
