Role overview

Responsibilities
- 担任指定财务报告领域的IT业务合作伙伴
- 收集、分析并梳理财务相关业务需求
- 全生命周期管理报告、仪表盘、KPI等分析产品
- 识别数据源并完成数据发现与集成
- 设计可扩展的财务报告解决方案
- 开发语义模型、KPI及可复用数据集
- 构建ETL/ELT组件及Power BI相关产品
- 负责测试验证及持续优化报告方案
Requirements
- 4-7年BI、分析、财务系统或业务分析相关经验
- 具备业务分析与解决方案开发结合的经验
- 熟练掌握Microsoft Fabric、Power BI、SQL、DAX及数据建模
- 扎实理解财务及管控流程，熟悉相关ERP系统
- 具备与财务业务用户及技术团队的沟通能力
- 具备端到端管理报告产品的经验
- 具备较强的分析与问题解决能力
- 英语沟通流利
