Requirements
- 具备生产SaaS环境的强基础设施/平台工程经验
- 深入实践AWS、Docker、CI/CD、GitHub Actions等
- 有ECS和/或Kubernetes经验，熟悉Helm优先
- 能在生产环境操作PostgreSQL、Redis等服务
- 具备跨多层面的强调试能力
- 具备安全意识的生产环境管理能力
- 能用Python、Ruby等编写可靠自动化代码
- 具备严谨的生产变更管理与应急处理能力
Nice to have
- 有AI/智能体平台、工作流运行时经验
- 有企业级/自托管部署支持经验
- 有Terraform或其他IaC经验
- 有SRE相关背景（SLO、容量规划等）
- 熟悉Rails、FastAPI、OpenTelemetry等
