- 建立数据管道与服务的监控、可观测性及应急响应
- 跨团队协作定义数据相关标准与需求
- 设计实现语义元数据层以统一数据资产分类
- 构建多租户数据模型满足合规与数据共享需求
Requirements
- 具备学习新技术与解决复杂问题的能力
- 聚焦产品与终端用户的宏观问题解决
- 深入理解数据治理与数据生命周期管理原则
- 熟悉数据库后端技术及生产级数据仓库工具
- 精通SQL并具备查询优化能力
- 具备构建复杂系统的核心设计能力
- 有 major 云服务商数据系统设计运维经验
- 熟练使用Docker、Kubernetes等容器编排工具
Nice to have
- 熟悉Elixir开发并发容错数据服务
- 有Airflow、Kafka等数据管道与流技术经验
- 有列存/OLAP数据库实操经验
- 有AWS数据系统设计经验，GCP经验优先
- 熟悉Terraform等IaC工具
