Requirements
- 10年以上相关经验，含律所或法务部门学习发展经验
- 具备成人学习及专业人员教学设计的深厚能力
- 深入理解律师发展模式、学徒制及能力框架
- 有改变资深专业人员工作模式的成功记录
- 具备律所合伙人及管理层的信任与影响力
- 有可独立运行的项目框架及课程建设成果
- 具备在未知领域创新的动力
