- 具备GPU使用（训练、部署、调试）经验
- 具备数据管道与数据基础设施经验
- 深入理解现代ML技术，尤其是transformers与强化学习
- 对负责任的AI开发充满热情，致力于解决复杂安全挑战
Nice to have
- 具备产品实验与A/B测试经验
- 具备分布式环境下大模型训练经验
- 熟悉ML部署与编排（Kubernetes、Docker、云）
- 具备XAI与可解释性技术经验
