- 管理多实体会计、对账、内部交易及税务合规
- 建立集团会计总账及结账相关控制
- 对接外部税务合规服务商，管控范围、期限及成本
- 与FP&A协作，维护会计规则，解决异常
Requirements
- 拥有多实体月末结账、内部交易、税务合规等丰富经验
- 具备管理外部会计税务服务商及内部转型经验
- 拥有跨部门及外部机构的利益相关方管理能力
- 具备多国家会计经验，优先共享服务环境经验
- 具备成熟会计流程及流程优化能力
- 拥有ERP总账管理经验，非仅系统操作
- 具备高度自主性及快速学习能力
- 具备高增长企业工作经验，适应快速变化
Nice to have
- 具备德国HGB会计、合并报表或转让定价经验
- 有法定审计对接经验
- 熟悉DATEV、Abacum等财务工具
- 掌握西班牙语、意大利语等欧洲语言
- 具备SOP编写及文档能力
