- 能在模糊环境中定义测量指标与方法
- 有构建被团队实际使用的仪表盘与指标框架的经验
- 熟悉产品管理实践，了解路线图成熟度等概念
- 具备数据治理意识，能精准定义并记录指标
- 熟悉Productboard、Jira、Confluence等工具
- 熟练使用SQL和API提取验证数据
