- 有生产环境集成LLM的实操经验
- 熟悉图数据库（如Dgraph、Neo4j）
- 掌握分布式系统与大规模数据管道知识
- 熟悉Docker及容器化部署
- 英语B2+（C1优先）

- 具备Go语言开发经验
- 有本地LLM推理经验（如Ollama、vLLM）
- 有隔离或受限环境部署经验
- 有国防、航空航天或复杂企业系统背景
