Role overview

- 构建模拟环境，用于智能体预训练与测试
- 优化多智能体编排部署环境，保障低延迟与高 resilience
- 评估采用新智能体框架，推动技术领先
- 设计多智能体评估与可观测性体系，建立指标框架
Requirements
- 计算机科学等相关专业学士或硕士学位
- 5+年生产软件工程经验，3+年ML或自主系统经验
- 精通Python及科学计算库
- 具备MLOps经验，构建管理ML的CI/CD管道
- 掌握智能体AI核心技术，如RL、规划算法等
- 有LLM微调、部署及生产管理经验，含RAG等
- 具备软件工程严谨性，编写高质量生产代码
- 熟练使用AWS、GCP及Docker、Kubernetes
