- 能以顾问身份向非技术人员传递技术概念
- 出色的组织与问题解决能力
- 优秀的英语书面及口头沟通能力
Nice to have
- 熟悉Salesforce、Zendesk等常见CRM集成
- 熟悉意图型及生成式人工智能
- 熟悉AWS Connect、Five9、Genesys等电话系统
