Role overview

- 提供新员工入职后持续的能力支持
- 逐步扩大赋能项目的公司级覆盖范围
Requirements
- 5年以上赋能、销售、客户成功或 GTM 相关经验
- 具备赋能项目设计的核心基础能力
- 深度使用 AI 工具，对 AI 时代的赋能有明确见解
- 具备第一性原理构建能力，不依赖标准模板
- 具备一线销售/客户支持经验，拥有可信度

- 曾承担销售业绩指标
- 作为早期赋能人员从零搭建赋能职能
- 曾构建或发布 AI 代理、语音代理或 LLM 工具
- 居住在纽约或愿意前往纽约办公
