- 具备付费或增长营销经验，能制定策略并复盘效果
- 有事件营销经验，含周边、现场活动及游击营销执行
- 有企业客户或生态合作伙伴营销经验
- 具备B2B营销经验，熟悉企业级受众需求
- 熟练使用营销工具，含社媒管理、付费广告及分析工具
- 具备项目管理能力，能多任务并行并按时交付
