- 精通ICD-10-CM、ICD-10-PCS、DRG及POA分配
- 需持有RHIT、RHIA或CCS认证
- 需满足远程环境下的生产率与质量指标
- 具备高度自律、组织能力与责任感
Nice to have
- 拥有HIM/HIT相关的副学士或学士学位
- 具备跨多家医疗机构编码的深度经验
